Is Forewarn live?
Not yet. We’re building it now and onboarding early users in waves. Join the list and we’ll email you when your spot is ready. Nothing on this page asks you to upload invoices.
Do I have to connect a bank account or company card?
No. Forewarn works from the invoices and renewal emails you forward. There’s no bank feed and no card to switch.
What does it read from an invoice?
Vendor, plan, seat count, unit and total price, billing period, renewal date, and notice terms when the vendor states them. If something is ambiguous, it asks you instead of guessing.
How does it catch a price hike?
Every new invoice or renewal notice is compared with the last one from the same vendor. A higher unit price or total is flagged with the percentage and the yearly cost, and lands on your calendar next to the cancel-by date.
We’re an MSP. How does it work for clients?
Each client gets its own forwarding address and calendar, and you see every client’s renewals in one view. You also get a log of price changes from the vendors you resell, and a quarterly renewal report you can send to clients. $9 per client per month, minimum 5 clients.
What about seats for people who’ve left?
On Business, you can connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with read-only access. Forewarn lists seats you’re still paying for that belong to deactivated users.
